Cratedigger
Save the free downloads artists share on SoundCloud.
Paste a track, playlist or profile. Cratedigger downloads every track the artist has made available, as the original file, ready for your DJ software.
Free. macOS 11 or later, Windows 10 or later. Intel Mac? Download the Intel version.
What it is
Cratedigger only saves tracks whose artists have switched on downloads. It's the same file SoundCloud's own Download button gives you. It never records streams.
How it works
- 1
Sign in to SoundCloud
SoundCloud only gives downloads to signed-in listeners. You sign in on SoundCloud's own page; Cratedigger never sees your password.
- 2
Paste a link, or search
A track, a playlist, a whole profile or someone's likes. Search results show which tracks are free downloads.
- 3
Use the files
They land in your Music folder, one folder per playlist. Drag them into Rekordbox, Serato, Ableton or Finder.
Features

Search
Find tracks by name and see which ones are free downloads.
Original files
WAV, AIFF, FLAC or MP3, exactly as the artist uploaded them.
Tidy file names
"[Free Download]" tags and stray track numbers are removed.
No duplicates
Run a playlist again and only new tracks are downloaded.

Send the SoundCloud page you're on to Cratedigger in one click.

Questions
Is it free?
Yes. Donations are welcome but never required.
Why do I need to sign in to SoundCloud?
SoundCloud only hands out downloads to signed-in listeners. You sign in on SoundCloud's own page inside the app. Cratedigger never sees your password; it keeps only the session SoundCloud creates, on your computer.
Which tracks can it download?
Only tracks whose artists have switched on downloads. Tracks behind an outside download gate, or not offered at all, are skipped and marked "Not offered".
Can I sign in with Google or Apple?
Your SoundCloud email and password always work. Google often refuses to sign in inside app windows; if that happens, use your email and password.
Is this made by SoundCloud?
No. Cratedigger is independent and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by SoundCloud.
