CRATEDIGGER — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Cratedigger (the "Software") is owned by its developer (the "Author") and is licensed, not sold. By installing or using the Software you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.

1. LICENSE

The Author grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install and use the Software on your own computers, for personal or professional use.

2. RESTRICTIONS

Unless the Author gives you written permission, you may not:

a. sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise distribute the Software or installers for it, or offer it for download anywhere other than the Author's official website;

b. modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of the Software;

c. reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except where the law expressly allows this despite this restriction;

d. remove or change any copyright notice, name or branding in the Software.

3. OWNERSHIP

The Software, its name, logo, design and source code are the property of the Author. Open-source components included in the Software remain under their own licenses, listed in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt.

4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

The Software only saves files that their uploaders have chosen to offer as downloads. You are responsible for how you use those files and for following the terms of the services you use and the rights of the people who made the music. The Software is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to SoundCloud.

5. DONATIONS

The Software is free. Donations are voluntary, are not payment for the Software or for any service, and are not refundable.

6. NO WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Online services the Software works with may change at any time, and parts of the Software may stop working.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AUTHOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR CONNECTED WITH THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE.

8. TERMINATION

This license ends automatically if you break these terms. You must then stop using the Software and delete all copies.

9. CHANGES

The Author may publish updated versions of the Software and of these terms. Using an updated version means you accept its terms.
